Aerospace & Aviation

Practicing in Wichita, the self-proclaimed Air Capital of the World, we have gained the right mix of aerospace, aviation, and government contract industry experience to serve your needs. Our aerospace and  aviation clients are typically many respected component part manufacturers, material suppliers, metal finishers, and machine shops, both large and small, all of whom do business with the most prominent manufacturers in the industry. We understand the cyclical nature of the business and the unique challenges of operating in a highly competitive global market. Our experience includes structuring, drafting and negotiating complex supply contracts; addressing quality assurance issues; representing companies providing component parts to manufacturers in Canada, Belgium, Brazil and Israel; mergers and acquisitions; distributorships; addressing the daunting regulatory challenges facing the defense industry and government contractors;  and a wide-range of corporate, labor and employment  and litigation matters.

We are committed to adding value for our client. Our culture of team-work, tradition of lean staffing, rates reflecting Kansas values, and location in the heart of the Air Capital, set us apart from our much larger national peer firms.
